Chapter 3

Last time, we had updates from new teens with pics and then a listing of how each family was connecting.

Before we get into the update, have a shitload of pop ups.

So much going on!  Break ups and then getting back together, disputes, in love one minute, hate filled the next and babies!

A/N:  The ones with a blank icon mean they are in their career outfits.  For some reason, they show up invisible (even in the relationship panel) until they change clothes.

Now that we are all caught up, On with the Update!

Oh and before we begin, I just updated my Photoshop to the 2015 (I have creative cloud) and now my action that I can’t live without doesn’t work until I find a Topaz Clean that is compatible.  Pictures may or may not look worse than they normally do. (teen makeover pics are not edited except for size).

First things first, Ricotta aged up to teen in the middle of the night after adjusting the aging.  I’m now sad that it’s a matriarchy.  He’s cute.

Lemon, our heiress, is going to be our main focus for now.  She is fixing the sink that her mom would normally take care of.

Speaking of her mom, she is across the street making friends with Dipsy.

Chris had enough reward points for the Motive Mobile and he offers to teach Ricotta to drive.

The town gets more stuff done in an hour than anything else ever.  Okay, I’m sure it took more than an hour.

Lemon:  Mom, do you get the feeling that we are not as important as the rest of the world?
Wisteria:  Definitely.  Now let’s go teach you to drive.

Well, no one is doing anything now, so let’s go look around town.

Thornton:  Boy, get up.  I’m old and need to sit.
Darron:  You’re blocking the sun, dad.  Move it!
Morganna:  Why don’t you go rescue your son before he drowns.

Arthur:  Daddy!  Daddy go swim?
Thornton:  No.  Daddy does not want to swim.

Arthur:  Daddy!
Thornton:  *exasperated*  What?!
Arthur:  I got boogie!

Tamara:  What asshole decided to bring three toddlers to the beach?

Carrie:  DADDY!
Thornton:  What?
Carrie:  Pway wif me?
Bradford:  No, pway wif me!
Thornton:  *runs away screaming*

Morganna:  Go entertain your siblings, Darron.
Darron:  How about you bugger off.

Wisteria:  Yay, both of my kids can drive now!

Not much going on later that night.

It was love day and Lemon had a kiss and flirt wish from the time she woke up that morning.  We thought to nab a Goth so we hunted down Ulysses.  She got her flirt before love day ended and the kiss one disappeared.  It didn’t matter though.  Ulysses is a young adult now and of no use to us for a few days.

Love day might be over, but Chris and Wisteria did not get that memo.
Crash:  Get a room , losers!

Lemon:  Stupid exercise.  I hate it!
You wanted to buy a telescope and learn athletics.  Get over it and get it done.

The generation 2’s are hitting YA now.

 

Poor Emma.  Why she wasted her life on Xander is anyone’s guess.

Tamara:  Jared, there isn’t enough room for all of us and it is not safe for the kids to ride in back.
Jared:  Bitch, please.  I never said you were coming with me.  Get in kids.

Tamara:  Fuckin’ asshole.  I’ll just walk.

Dammit, I forgot Ulysses had a girlfriend.  Boo!

The reason we were following Jared around should be clear.  Chris was hoping for another promotion since he has had like 3 days off.

The option never showed up, but he did get a $30 raise!

Back home, Crash wants to beat people at chess.  Wisteria opts to go first since she is the only one home.

It’s Friday morning and prom is later that day.  It’s time to see more new teens

This also marks the official point where there are no more babies or toddlers in town.

So it’s getting down to the end of the founding generation.  I gave the kids their prom makeover and then I had a thought.  What if they get a romantic interest at prom?  What should we do then?

I then decided that they have to marry whoever they are paired with unless it’s an NPC.  According to the map tags, Lemon is bicurious and Ricotta is straight.  The field is really open for Lemon right now.  It’s also Friday night and Lemon has two days left as a teen.  She can age up any time after prom and before Sunday night.

Wisteria:  I sure hope you’re ready for what’s coming.  I can only give one piece of advice:  Make sure all your babies are girls.
Lemon:  What if I want to wait a few years before having kids?
Wisteria:  Then you run into a problem.  What if you wait and only pop out boys?  What happens when you’re too old to keep popping them out?
Lemon:  Can’t I adopt?
Wisteria:  Nope.  I suggest fertility treatment.  Seriously.  This is not a real legacy and we don’t have to follow the stupid parts of the rules.
Lemon:  I say we just survive prom for now.

They get there almost at 6pm on the dot.

At 7:45 they were still in line.  At this rate, they might not make it inside.

8:19.  The kids are still waiting to get inside, but on the other side of the square, Christopher was leaving work.

No wonder he couldn’t talk Jared into a promotion that morning.  I had no clue he was at the top almost.

At 9:40, both kids got into prom.  

Worst prom ever!

This is what it looks like when everyone was finally in at 10pm.

In other news, it was a major birthday night.

Anyways, neither one got a romantic interest.  Ricotta will be staying to complete his LTW.  Your goal is to pick a girl for Ricotta and either gender for Lemon.  You can choose from the last update, this update or choose a random sim from the Sunset Valley Family Pages that say teen or older.

Next time will be the last update for the founders.
